Since 2011 DIVA for Equality creates and strengthens spaces and processes for collective activism of lesbian women, bisexual women, transmen, trans masculine and gender non-binary people, and all women, to create a virtual and actual space where constituents access social support services, advocate for human rights, learn new skills and are part of a strong and sustainable support network, as well as working on human rights and social, economic, ecological and climate justice for all, including those of us with diverse and non-heteronormative gender identity and sexual orientation.
DIVA for Equality uses a south feminist and human rights frame for our work, and is guided by a management collective, includes 9 LBT+ hubs around the country, over 2000 women, femme and gender non-binary people in the Women Defend Commons Network, and more.
